Nesta terça embarco para Vail no Colorado para visitar amigos e também curtir o carnaval descendo as montanhas no snowboard. Vou postar os artigos via celular e qualquer novidade que eu ver por lá coloco até a foto. Notem que vou assistir nada mais nada menos que John Lee Hooker!

February 18 – 20, 2007

Move over N’Awlans. Head to Vail for the biggest Mardi Gras celebration in the mountains; sure to be irresistibly fun, vibrant, sarcastic and sassy! 3:00 p.m. – Mardi Gras Masquerade Après at Garfinkle’s
9:00 p.m. – An evening of Blues with John Lee Hooker, Jr. at Samana Lounge in Vail Village. Tickets $15 pre-sale.

Monday, February 19
Noon-2:30 p.m. – World’s Highest Low Country Crawfish Boil at Eagle’s Nest with FREE music from Little Hercules and Tony G. Face painting, Mardi Gras beads, masks and LIVE painting of the event from Legendary Scramble Cambell
9:00 p.m. – Tony G All Stars at Samana Lounge in Vail Village. Tickets $5.

Tuesday, February 20
5:30 p.m. – Fat Tuesday Parade & Festivities – International Bridge to Seibert Circle – Vail Village .
Festivities include King Cake eating contest, Crowning of the Mardi Gras King and Queen, Face Painting and LIVE painting of the event from Legendary Scramble Camplell.
9:00 p.m. – Official Fat Tuesday Party at 8150 presented by with The Anders Osborne Band, Henry Butler, The Motet and other special guests. Tickets $15 pre-sale.
